More time in school

Instead of getting my masters in education, I think I'm going to look into professional herbalist courses, maybe even become a certified herbalist. Is it legal to use herbs on students? I don't think it's discussed in any book. They talk about drugs, but many herbs aren't considered drugs. Maybe it falls under ethics.

The new owners of the restaurant offered me the place for $34,000 cash. I hope/think they were joking.

Expanding on a cliche

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but to different paths springs from the exit. One path is still barren, full of dead-looking trees, but has the potential to bloom beautifully if I would just risk it. The other is already blooming and will aways be blooming, but with thorns poking from unknown places and ghosts hovering, watching everything that I do. I can take this path and go in a giant circle to try the other path, but I don't know if I will have the energy to walk down the other way if I wait too long. This day started so exciting, but now I'm just confused. I have a year to decide, but it doesn't feel as far as it sounds.
